Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Yeet Ban anti-cheat services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Yeet Ban is an advanced anti-cheat solution designed specifically for FiveM servers. Our service provides:

- •Modular rule systems with customizable detection logic
- •Cross-server synchronization and global ban sharing (optional)
- •Lightweight design with minimal server impact
- •API extensions for integration with other systems
License Terms
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yeet Ban on your FiveM server(s) in accordance with your subscription plan.
License Restrictions
- ×You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- ×You may not share, transfer, or sublicense your access
- ×You may not use the service for illegal activities
- ×You may not attempt to bypass or disable the anti-cheat system
User Responsibilities
- •Maintain the security of your license key and account credentials
- •Use the service only on authorized servers with valid licenses
- •Report any suspected security vulnerabilities responsibly
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Respect the rights and privacy of players on your server
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- •Scheduled maintenance and updates
- •Emergency security patches
- •Infrastructure issues beyond our control
- •Force majeure events
Payment and Billing
Free licenses are provided at no cost with basic functionality. Premium features may be available through paid subscription plans.
Billing Terms
- •All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
- •Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
- •Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide effective anti-cheat protection, we cannot guarantee perfect detection rates. Our liability is limited to:
- •The amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months
- •We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- •We are not responsible for damages caused by cheaters or server issues
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms.
Effect of Termination
- •Your license will be immediately revoked
- •Access to all services will be discontinued
- •No refunds will be provided for unused service periods
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law
